Prof. Dr. Miranda Shreurs a member of the German Ethics Commission on a Safe Energy Supply will make a speech about the direction that Japan should take, which keeps relying on nuclear power even after Fukushima by taking Germany as an example, which has decided to phase out nuclear power.
